Sangaia is meant to fix what its predecessor, the United States, could not. Offering cheaper land, better home settings, more freedoms, a better foundation for democracy and republicanism, and a balanced monetary system, all united within provincial territories which are easily understood and navigable.
Sangaia strives to be better and better every day, which is why we know you will strive to help make it better as well.

Sangaia has invented a new form of government: The Aeretocracy. Unlike other nations with differing political ideas, we don't force our oppositions into labor camps, kill others who speak against us, or have unfair, inhumane rules; we don't censor other people and occupy hundreds of native tribes who don't even know we exist; and we don't force our children into labor, or disrespect the privacy of our citizens.
Sangaia offers almost identical rules and structures as the outdated, yet somehow loved, below-average American Democracy. The difference? It's structured so that no one–not even the Aeretocrat–can break it.
