The Refunding Clause Register
Pursuant to Article Nine, Clause 19.edu.rfc of the Constitution, twenty per centum (20%) of all first-party profits and revenue generated from school-sponsored events or paid meal services are collected to ensure the continued operation of the Government.
Below is the public ledger of collected taxes, maintained for the inspection of all Citizens.
